Absolutely not ! As long as your Products are not of illegal and pornographic nature you are more than welcome to sign up with us.  

How long does it take to set up my account? TOP

We usually get your DIY E-Shoppe up and running within a day or two - there will be times however where it could take longer due to name servers and how fast the dns is resolved. In that case we will email you. For the fastest service we highly recommend GoDaddy for your domain name purchase We work as fast as we possibly can. 

 

For budget and custom shoppes it will of course take longer due to the fact that it's a custom design and the client will be fully involved in the design process. But the basic system is set up in the same time frame as the DIY E-Shoppes.

How do you insure Quality Support ? TOP

Our Promise to you is that we will work with you every step of the way. We offer Support via Messenger Services, Email and Phone upon request We are located in the US ( Eastern Standard Time ) and are available from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Saturday.

We also have a Clients Forum which hosts numerous Tutorials that will help you set up your Shoppe.

How long have you worked in this field? TOP

I am glad you ask. I have been designing personal/commercial Websites and Web Graphics for a little over 7 years now. Although I mostly work with HTML and PHP I also work with Flash and have extensive expirience with Script Installations. All of my own websites have been designed and are maintained by me. I am currently learning tpl because I love learning new things and expanding my horizon and do so on a daily basis. I am self taught and continue to learn by trial and error which in my opinion is the best way to learn.

 

How about the Server my Site will sit on? TOP

Our Servers are very reliable with a 99.9% Uptime guaranteed ( no host can guarantee 100% ). We do not have slow, bogged down page loads. We also have Techs at hand that will fix any issues that may arise asap.

How do I know your Hosting will fit my needs ? TOP

We are dedicated to working with you to meet your needs. We are not a fly by night Hosting Service that is out to make a quick buck and offer 100% Client Support via Email, Phone and Instant Messenger You will never receive email stating that we do not have time for you. We will make time to address you and your needs in a courteous manor. We do expect our Client to work with us. If you want/need a custom design please be as specific as possible. You should be involved every step of the way and help us create the website you have always wanted.

What do I need to get started that is not included? TOP

~Free Mal's E Account for collecting secure check and credit card information for later processing if needed, along with handling your shipping options, paypal payments and payments through a number of other processors such as google checkout. ~Custom Graphics are not included with your shoppe unless you sign up for a budget or custom shoppe.

We do however offer 30 predesigned templates for you to choose from. They range from Primitive/Country to Natural Realistic designs and everything in between - to peek at the templates that are included please click here

You can also purchase a webset from a designer of your choice,use your own graphics with our DIY templates or purchase one of our affordable custom templates. If you choose to have your designer design graphics for you please refer him/her to our graphics guide.
